Incoterms
We offer FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW terms. FOB from Qingdao/Shanghai is our standard. DDP available upon request for select destinations.
Production Lead Time
Standard products: 15-20 working days after deposit confirmation. Custom orders: 25-35 working days. Express production available at additional cost.
Shipping Methods
Sea freight (standard), air freight (urgent), and rail freight (to Europe/Central Asia). We handle export customs clearance and documentation.
Warranty
All products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Consumable parts and damage from misuse are excluded.
After-Sales Support
Remote technical support via video call. On-site installation and training available for orders above specified thresholds. Spare parts shipped within 48 hours worldwide.
